Quest2 can’t pair after Factory Reset
Our Quest 2 got stuck in the Logo screen boot loop and we tried several things but it persisted. Performed a factory reset via the headset. Upon restart everything was fine until it came time to pair the headset. My Meta Horizon app still shows the headset, but the Headset settings are greyed out on its page and the little icon to right switches between loading and an orange “ ! Alert triangle.” Upon trying to connecting to the headset to the app via its code, yields no results. The status indicator under under headsets battery status also switches between it (connecting) and (Headset Not Connected) I have searched through here and several other places to find a solution and while it sounds fairly common I cannot get anything to work. I have reset the headset numerous times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my phone on and off. Nothing seems to help. On the Meta browser page for my devices I did notice that this headset is no longer there, but in the App it still shows this headset.
