quest3 left controller connection problem

My quest3 left controller can't connected to my headquest. I've try many times to upair and repair, reboot, factory reset both headquest and controller,nothing worked！It's always being updating the hardware when i try to use my phone app to repair, it shows connected，but headquest didn't. In Meta horizon app，it only shows a series number，but no battery status，no hardware version，just empty，the left controller blinks sos light。what can i do for this? Look forward to your help.
