Quest3 paired, but Air Link don't run..

Hello, old chaps!

I have a Quest 3 and an Acer Predator Helios NEO. All working very well until last Windows11 + MetaOS + NVIDIA update.

Now, even with all Air Link connection checklist completed, Notebook paired and connected, Meta APP running... When I try to launch the Air Link, The Pinkish VR environment and sound appears for 3 seconds and... It goes back to my room.

I've tryed each and ever tips from these Community forums, but none solved.

Need help, please.

    Hey there Quadros.BR!

     

    We hear you're having issues with your Air Link connection while connecting with your Acer Predator Helios NEO, that's of course not ideal, we'd love to help you out with this.

     

    We have a few steps that you can try out to get this problem resolved.

    First up, check that your Laptop/PC is within our minimum requirements. 

     

    If it is within those requirements, then please try re-pairing Air Link, you can do so with the steps below:

     

    • In the Quest headset, navigate to the Settings menu
    • Ensure "Air Link" is disabled/toggled off
    • Restart both the Quest and the PC, and re-pair the Quest to the PC following the set-up steps in the public article, Set up and connect Meta Quest Link and Air Link 

    If that doent's solve the problem, then please let su know and we'll take another look into this for you.
