Question about supported GPUs on Windows

Hi I'm trying to connect my Quest Pro to my laptop with Meta Quest Link on Windows but it says my GPU is not supported. I have a RX 6550M with 8gb ram and this page says it is not recommended for use. What is the official status related to this?

    Also I see the list is really specific and picky (eg. RTX 2050 not supported and RTX 3050 for laptops not recommended), so can you please give a list of NVIDIA/AMD laptop GPUs that are well supported? Thank you.
