I recently got a refurb quest 2 and I did not send in the controllers because only my headset was broken when I turned on the headset its bringing me through the steps for a new headset I am stuck on the part where it tells me to pull out the plastic strips from the controllers but since i didn't send in the controllers I do not have those plastic strips please help me
OK, there is a solution to this. When you get to the point where it tells you pull out the plastic strips, just wait. After 5 or 10 minutes it moves to the next step. 🙂 Hopefully you'll get playing soon!
I wonder if removing the batteries from both controllers simultaneously and then putting them back in would have the same effect as pulling out the tabs on a new pair of controllers and save users from having to wait like an idiot for 10 minutes 🤔😁🤷♂️?
Was my first thought too, when I saw this issue the first time........ unfortunately, it doesn't work🤷♀️
