Remote Desktop - Windows App Workspace Login for Business

Hello, I understand that one must have a Quest for Business account to do the "Login with Workspace" on the Windows App so I can do Windows Remote Desktop (only way I can do remote desktop for work). I am fine to pay the fee to do this, since it is not supported at my work. The thing I am worried about is paying to do this with a non-work account and then only being able to use that non-work account to log in to the workspace, which won't work. I need to log in with my work email and my work workspace. Is there that limitation? I am afraid that the only way I can do this is if my work signs us all up for Quest for Business? Seems very unlikely they will do that, but I would pay it just for me if I can then log into any workspace. Since it is like $300, I am wary to just try it out without some sort of confirmation.
