rift s headset loses tracking

So these guys deleted my other posts about my Rift S and  how much Meta Quest Link was messing up my new pc.

I've recently updated the bios, reseated the cable connected to the headset, cleaned the cameras, made sure camera access was enabled on my pc, Bought a powered USB hub, and have my nvidia drivers up to date. 

While trying to make absolutely sure camera access was enabled, I stumbled upon the Rift S in device manager under imaging devices. Looking at properties, it says the driver date is 4/30/19 and version is 1.0.01. 

Clicking update driver only searches my pc for updates and not the internet. I haven't been able to find any downloads to update this, if there even is/was an update.

I'm wondering if this could be this issue. I've checked multiple times to make sure my brand new pc is compatible even though meta quest link app says it's not. 

My pc specs are :

Intel Core i7-14700K (3.40 GHz), 32.0 GB Ram, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB
