Rift-S headset not detected

I have a Oculus Rift-S headset. I've downloaded the MetaQuest Link software and installed it. My PC motherboard is Asus P6X58D Premium with 24GB RAM, Intel Core i7 930 CPU, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080. I have made sure that I am up to date on all Windows patches and up to date with my NVIDIA graphics drivers. When I start the MetaQuest Link SW I see a message that says my PC does not meet the minimum requirements even though it does. I've removed almost all other applications that may cause a conflict. I've uninstalled and re-installed the MetaQuest Link SW. I've rebooted. I made sure I that I'm plugging the USB cable into a powered USB port. My headset is still not being detected. Is there something I'm missing? Are there any logs available to troubleshoot this problem?

    Hi, were you able to solve this issue? I am having the same problem with my Rift-S. The MetaQuest Link tells me my PC does not meet the requirements, even though it worked perfectly fine a couple of months ago. The application also force closes itself within 10 seconds and then reopens 10 seconds later just to force close itself. It does this forever unless I uninstall the MetaQuest Link software. It is very frustrating that I can not use the product I paid for or get support for it.
