Screen code not working

Hey meta so I got this new vr and I did all steps in the screen but when I do the code from my vr it keeps saying “invalid device code please try again! “ can you help me please?

    Hello there, thank you for getting in touch with Meta Store Support. 

     

    We understand you are having some issues entering the code on your VR. If your headset is working, you may be able to exit the screen asking you for a device code. Press Meta button or Oculus button on your right Touch controller to exit the screen. If you are still having issues, please try some of the steps below to get your headset connected to your device. 

     

    • Restart your headset, then connect the Meta Horizon app to your headset. Make sure that Bluetooth on your phone is turned on.
    • Perform a hard reboot by holding down the power button for 30 seconds, until you hear the device turn back on.
    • Updating your device using the software update tool . This tool lets you update your device's software, even when the device itself is unresponsive.
