Services Mobile device core stopped working

Hello

im having an issue since yesterday there is a message that appears constantly

services mobile device core has systematically stopped working

I also have system ux stopped working some times

 

i have no idea why. I did 2 factory reset and issues are still occurring, firmware is updated to latest, my Oculus quest 1 is literally unusable at the moment.

 

i was able to play games yesterday but i tried to mirror the headset to phone using Meta horizon app, on the app it would just load indefinitely. I had received the autorisation pop up on the headset to autorise mirroring but it continue to load on the mobile app and not able to see the headset on the phone. Its on same wifi

how can i go to fix those problems?
