Still can't figure out how to fix "Meta Quest Link No Sound" problem

OK, thanks, but how about the cable connection method? Is it true that I'll get sounds only if I connect it with a USB 3 cable?

Hello again PiggyChu620. You can use a USB connection for sound. We  understand you have attempted to use Airlink previously, which is also an acceptable method. Alternatively, you can also use the headphone jack for audio.
