Streaming Quest2 games via cable

I had a search and couldn't find the answers to this, so hopefully someone here can help.

I want to stream my quest 2 games onto my PC so when playing other people can watch what the user is seeing on my projector. I know the standard way is airlink, but unfortunately where I live the Wi-Fi is not great. So I want to know if it's possible with the cable. I know I can stream with the cable if I link to the Meta app on my PC, and that does work well. But the problem then is that I want to stream Quest 2 games that are installed on my headset, rather than games I have installed on my PC. So, can I stream Quest2 games downloaded from the quest store and installed on my headset to my PC, via cable? TIA!

Look for the CAST button in your headset. It's still wireless, though. You can't play native games while connected with a cable, it defeats the whole purpose. My router is only wifi 5 and is casts games perfectly fine.

Thks for the reply. I know how to cast, was just hoping there was some way to cast native games using the cable. You said it defeats the purpose, but it would be incredibly useful for someone with unreliable wifi. It's not even so much the speed that's the problem, it's that I'm currently living in China, where meta is blocked, so the only way to connect to wifi is with a VPN sideloaded onto quest, and this occasionally disconnects. If I could use the cable to stream native games to my PC this would bypass this problem entirely
