We're dropping by to lend a helping hand with this pesky problem. Let's tackle this together and get you locked in and ready to go!Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Re-Pairing Air Link
- Air Link issues can sometimes be resolved by completely disabling the functionality on the Quest. To ensure the process is completed properly, use these steps:
- In the Quest headset, navigate to the Settings menu
- Ensure "Air Link" is disabled/toggled off
- Restart both the Quest and the PC, and re-pair the Quest to the PC following the set-up steps here - Set up and connect Meta Quest Link and Air Link
- Air Link issues can sometimes be resolved by completely disabling the functionality on the Quest. To ensure the process is completed properly, use these steps:
- Hard Reboot, Restart PC, Restart Router
- Restart your devices, restart the router, then the PC, and finally the Meta Quest in this order.
- Try other Wi-Fi Connections
- Check if the headset has any Wi-Fi issues outside of Air Link. For example, downloading an app from the Meta Quest Store.
- If non-Air Link Wi-Fi issues exist, let us know and we can focus on this.
- If your headset does not have any Wi-Fi issues outside of Air Link - if possible, try with another PC, another location, or another network.
- Check if the headset has any Wi-Fi issues outside of Air Link. For example, downloading an app from the Meta Quest Store.
