We understand that you are having some problems when it comes to pairing your controllers after performing a factory reset.
If you are stuck on the controller pairing screen after a factory reset, you can often resolve this by putting on your headset and leaving it on the "pull the tabs" or "controller not found" screen for 5 to 10 minutes. The headset should eventually progress to a different screen where you will be able to pair your controllers.

I have also been trying to troubleshoot my right controller after it stopped working, and following a factory reset (a recommended step to troubleshoot), I cannot move past the controller pairing screen. Waiting 5-10 minutes is not working this time. It worked for me before, but not now. Do you have any additional suggestions for skipping the pairing setup screen?

I have followed all the instructions provided and successfully completed all the previous steps. However, my controller is unable to proceed to the next stage, where I am required to press the button on the controller as shown in the Pico 4 setup process. Even after pressing the button as instructed, the system does not detect any input and I am unable to continue. Please advise on how to resolve this issue

Great to hear that you got past the screen! Let's see what we can do to help when it comes to pairing the right controllers.
- Clean the controller with a non-abrasive anti-bacterial wipe (No alcohol). Compressed air can be used to remove debris inside the controller
- Replace the controller battery with a fresh one
- Check the LED status (blinking, solid, or no light at all)
- Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect button motion or controller detection. For example: controller covers, controller attachments, etc.
- Unpair and pair the controller to the headset
