Stuck on old profile or auth screen pairing not possible with app lost all shopping

I was asked to log out and log back in to my horizon since then my cask tells me to go to auth.meta.com and a Gmail i cant access yesterday the app asked for a code and no code i did manage to put the sérial number in a Meta websire and it was working with my old games but problem profile now nothing same problem the app wont even pair or ask for code whats going on why is it so complicated to play games he coule play but allgamesno one in serveurs and need updates nowstuck on auth screen again for 10th time
