Suspended account

My sister and i bought a Meta Quest 2 VR headset and we don’t use it often but i wanted to use it today but i had found out the account that was used was under my sister’s email which got suspended and we didn’t know this happened as like i said we don’t use this often. I tried everything from resetting the device but my VR headset is stuck on a screen that says “get help from a parent by march 15” or something along those lines and it won’t let me add a new account or log into my sister’s disabled account to try and delete it. Does anyone know how i can fix this?
