the "graphics card not supported" message pops up even though it worked fine before.

Before all this, I had no issue connecting my meta quest 3 to my HP windows 11 gaming laptop, but i went back on it just to see the red "graphics card not compatible with meta quest link" message. I'm confused because while it had bugs and lag before, it worked fine, I was able to play beat saber and other games great! I've connected my headset to my laptop using a USB 3 cable, but now not even air link works. I generally don't know what's going on, but if the issue continues, i don't really know if i should use meta quest link anymore and use something like ALVR.

    I don't have a solution to your problem but I'm having the same issue. Everything was working fine then it just wasn't. I can only imagine that a driver update caused the issue, but I'm not sure.
