The left controller does not connect.

Hi, my Oculus Quest 2 controller won't connect. I've tried everything I've found online: changing the battery, unpairing and re-pairing them from the mobile app. The same thing always happens. When I connect it, it tries to update the firmware of the left controller, but it gets stuck. The controller constantly displays a flashing SOS signal, three long flashes, three short flashes, three long flashes.

I've restarted the glasses, I've factory reset them, I think the problem is the failed update I suppose, but I'm in a loop where I've already tried everything.

It could be a fault in the flash memory in the controller, in which case, your controller would need a motherboard replacement.

If it's still under warranty, contact Meta Quest support to get a replacement controller.

If it is out of warranty and you live in USA, you can try Fix my oculus.

If you can't find someone who can repair it, you'll need to buy a new controller.
