trying to access apps

I have an account from my Rift S and got a Quest 3. I set up the Quest 3 with my existing email but I cannot access my purchased apps. I say your site saying "Please select our name to get to our profile page, or click here. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately " but I cannot find any send message link on that page.

I am not sure that this will be private so can you provide a link to the send message page or, better yet, a phone number for support.

    there is a blue button on the page, similar to the "reply button" here

    But maybe your account is fine and you don't need to contact support at all.

    You can't see or access the Rift S library when you are on the Quest standalone.... PCVR (Rift) and Quest (standalone) have different libraries.

    To play PCVR, you'll need to connect the Quest to your PC via cable or wirelessly.
