unable to connect

Everything should work great. I have my email. I can access my account in Meta. I have received emails with promotions of products for year using that same email. The issue is that when I turn on my occulus headset, the system gives me an error message that the email is incorrect and that email is not associated with Meta. Everything works up to that point.  I can see some information, but can't do anything to access the library or games. It shows that I have 6 games, but I can't access them. The codes to pair my headset to my phone doesn't work because the system won't recognize my email. And it states that there are no devices associated with my account and email. It has been 2 years since I used this device. I have all my information, but I guess it appears that Meta deleted my information on their part.
