When I try to create a kid account, I'm stuck when I have to prove I'm an adult by putting my credit card number.
Each time, it goes : impossible to add credit card information.
I've managed to add a credit card in my meta profil, but still have to put this info when I want to create a child account...

It'll use the credit card that you already added to your profile.
The card will be charged and refunded by 99 cents, but until this procedure isn't finished(it can take up to three days), you'll get that error message and adding the card to prove you are an adult will fail.
Maybe support can help you - this is no promise - but a few days ago a user said, support were able to help him to set up the account in time for Christmas.
