Finally I got to the bottom of it. If you connect to the PC and it shows you are usb2 just pull the plug out of your headset and reconnect. Seems to be fine for me after that. Good luck people!!!

Hi I have same problem.
ACER NITRO / Ryzen5600 / 24GB RAM / RTX3060 / win11 latest update / oculus app latest update.
2 weeks ago I have updated win11 (obliged safety security update + meta oculus update).
Since then, oculus quest 2 / 3.0USB killed.
We have some computer with same hardware + win11 (i5, i7, i9, ryzen5600, RTX3060) and all have same problem since then. Oculus Quest 2 doesn't work any more as display, cable link (10GB/s 3.2 Gen2) cables rejected.
It works just with USB 2.0 (380MB/s), 80Hz, resolution dicreased.
It was working with MSFS 2020 perfectly, since upgrades , the oculus quest 2 completely blank with cable link.
Other interesting: it was never worked with air link (WIFI-6 network, latest hardware PC + laptop)
QUEST 2 absolutely work alone unit , cannot be used as VR display , I am very disappointed.
I have IT engineer son, he is absolutely reject Oculus Quest 2 because of lot of unsuccessfull lost time spent to re-alive Oculus , all the META advice tested, nothing valued.
I think, you are not sure, what is the problem , just making advices, maybe any of them will work.

I think your problem is a file within windows 11 search msfs windows 11 22h2. It should sort you out.
Problem is, that Oculus downgraded the USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 Nothing was changed, just update winn 11 + update oculus app. Not the MSFS the problem. The problem is that Oculus doesn't make cable link as VR display.
It was working fine, now it is zero. MSFS works, if cable link works. Cable link dead. The Oculus app see the USB 3.0 , USB test = 2.9GB/s but doesn' work. We tried: USb c to USB C (10GB/s 3.2.Gen2 cable, USB A-USB C 3.2.Gen2), USB 2.0 works with 380MB/s for 1-2 minutes, then die.
Interesting, it works for me but I'm using windows 10
