weird problem I've had

 hey so I've been having this problem for the past week... my phone works just fine my computer is the problem mainly. but I've been getting graphics card not compatible with device but when looking up everything works completely fine. I'm slowly loosing patience from this problem and I'm also on the verge of giving up on it as well. if anyone know what's going on that would be great I've put everything down with the problem as well. oh and steam VR doesn't work as well. but i did manage to get it connected once with a USB cable but after that nothing
