The device code you see in your headset is there to help with pairing your headset to your account. While logged into your Meta account, you should be able to go to auth.meta.com/device to enter the code you see in your headset in order to pair your headset to your account!
Alternatively, you should be able to pair your headset directly in the mobile app. Once you're logged into your Meta account on the mobile app, your headset should either automatically pair, or you can manually pair by entering the code there. When trying to pair your headset, what step does it ask you for the code?
Have you already selected the headset? If not, please follow these steps.
On your Meta Quest mobile app, go to Menu > Devices on the mobile app. Select the headset.
If the headset isn't listed, make sure that the mobile device has Bluetooth turned on. If the headset still does not appear, uninstall and then re-install the Meta Quest mobile app.
On the next screen, tap Pair. The headset will either pair automatically or ask for the pairing code that was displayed in the headset.

Hey JoyJoy2024 and Raquan12! Our headsets can provide several different codes for different purposes, including Pairing codes (6-digit, #'s only) and Device codes (8-digits, letters and #'s). Pairing codes are used to bind the headset to the mobile app by means of a Primary account, typically after Factory Reset.
Device codes are used when linking a Secondary account, or if an account has been 'signed out' of a headset. This does not undo previous mobile app/Primary account pairings, but the Device Code will need to be entered through the correct account, at meta.com/device.
