Try this!
- Restart both the headset and the phone/laptop
- Disconnect Bluetooth headphones/earbuds from the Quest
- Make sure the thing you are casting to is not muted
- Stop the cast completely and start a new one
Also, some apps intentionally block or limit audio during casting due to copyright/licensing reasons, so test it in the Quest home menu first to see if system audio works there.
