Hi there cyberglitch64
You can cast to Roku TV with your Meta Quest 3.
Why not try these steps:
- Go into Settings on your TV
- Check your Wifi is the same on all your devices (the TV, your smartphone, your headset)
- If using iPhone turn on AirPlay
- If using Android turn on screen mirroring
- Turn on Screen Mirroring on your phone
- Open devices in your Meta Horizon app
- Connect your device to the app
- Click start cast
This should get you casting your experience for friends and family to see.
We hope this helps and please let us know what the outcome is.
Ok so I'm not trying to mirror it to my phone (but I do have it connected to the Meta Horizon App already)
And both my tv and head set are connected to the same Wi-Fi connection
After all this my Roku tv still doesn't show up on my headset but all my other family members TV's do

Hey cyberglitch64
To clarify, to cast to a Roku Tv we recommend casting first to a smartphone and from there to your TV.
Chromecast is an option but is not fully supported with Meta Quest and may face issues. We recommend casting to a phone or computer for the best experience.
Here is the link to more information about casting to a screen with Meta Quest
We hope this helps and if you would like further assistance please do let us know!

Is meta planning to fix this? Because having to cast to my phone and then from the phone to a TV is trash. The image lags terribly and is sh!t quality.

Agreed, for being a premium product (or at least marketed as one) it misses the mark on very basic features like this
