Why does it say “it looks like there isn’t an account associated with ————-“

My friend, some advice. Don't put your personal email address on a public forum for your own security.. You should delete your post.

That specific response generally only appears if the email used isn't actually connected to a Meta Horizon account. If you're sure it is, we'd love it if you could reach out to us privately, so that we can ask you some account information to see if we can locate the account for you.
