Why have my meta quest unpaired with my phone

Can someone please help, I’ve always had my son’s meta quest 3s account set up to my phone, he went to purchase something and what usually happens is I confirm it on my phone, but for some reason it have unpaired when I’ve tried to pair back up it says I’ve already got an account, but it’s not showing any of my son’s friends it’s not allowing him to purchase, do anyone no why, he is still able to play online with his friends but that’s about it

  • Check in Family Center (big blue "Go to Supervision" button top right) and make sure your son's account is still showing correctly there. Maybe your phone has gone out of sync. Make sure BlueTooth is on and that it finds and connects to your child's headset when it is being used nearby. Maybe try logging out and back into the phone app or restarting your phone.
