i’ve been trying to reach out to these people email email to try and return my joysticks to get fixed. My warranty isn’t up in these people keep emailing me saying ticket clothes ticket clothes without solving the problem and it’s pissing me off.

What has Plex TV got to do with Meta? There is no Plex TV app. There is a Movie Deck for Plex app. If that is what you are talking about and you have an issue with it, contact Ergerter Software, the makers of the app. However it looks like you're a spanner. Stop.
