I am following up regarding a payment I made that has not been refunded yet. I would like to understand why my refund request is being delayed or declined, and what the current status is. This charge is related to plex tv , so please also clarify if any third-party policies are affecting the process. I would appreciate a prompt and clear response.

What has Plex TV got to do with Meta? There is no Plex TV app. There is a Movie Deck for Plex app. If that is what you are talking about and you have an issue with it, contact Ergerter Software, the makers of the app. However it looks like you're a spanner. Stop.
