Hey there DARKKILLER1014. We can see you are facing issues with the Wi-Fi connection on your headset which keeps dropping after every 3 minutes. We would love to help you with this issue and we want to know more about the issue you are facing.

Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if the issue gets resolved for you:

    • Try to hard reboot the Headset:

                  *  Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound

                  *  If the boot-up sound is not heard:

                  *  Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.

                  *  Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.

                  *  Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

    • Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication (such as headset covers, etc.)
    • Try connecting to a different network. If that doesn't work then you can submit a bug report to let the engineers know the issue
    • If you do not have any other network and the connection issue still persists then you can Factory Reset the headset.

If any of the above troubleshooting steps doesn't work then don't worry, you can contact us via Private DM for us to look into this further.
