WiFi accessibility

My Wi-Fi in menu is unable to be accessed on Quest 3.  I wish to delete and re add it and I am unable to do so.

    It appears that you'd like some assistance in changing your Wi-Fi network. Not to worry, we'd be more than happy to help with this. 

     

    You've mentioned you are unable to do this from within the headset. Therefore, would you mind doing it from the Meta Horizon app? To do this, please follow the below steps:

    1. Once in the Meta Horizon app, tap the Headset icon in the upper left of the home screen.
    2. Select Headset settings then Wi-Fi.
    3. Select the new Wi-Fi network and enter the password, if prompted.
