We understand you are unable to connect to your WIFI after a factory reset on your headset. Sometimes it can be tricky connecting fresh devices to a WIFI network. As your WIFI is not showing on your device, please try connecting using the Meta mobile app instead. To do so, you can follow the steps outlined below.
- Turn on your headset.
- On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
- Tap
Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
- Tap Devices.
- Select the headset you want to change Wi-Fi settings for.
- Tap Headset settings, then tap Wi-Fi.
- Tap the new Wi-Fi network you'd like to connect to and enter the password if prompted.
- Tap Connect to Wi-Fi.
