My Quest 3 connected to the wrong Wi-Fi during setup. It seems there’s no internet connection, but it still moved on to the next step, “upgrading to the latest software.” Now it’s stuck on that screen.

I tried to contact the official support team for help, but there’s no clear way to reach them. It asked me to provide my email and SN (serial number), but even after entering them, nothing happens.

If you accidentally connected to the wrong wifi, you could factory reset it and start again, making sure you are connected to your correct wifi. Might be the quickest way to do it.
Thank you for your reply! How can I factory reset the Quest 3? I tried holding down the power and volume buttons after shutting it down, but the screen stayed black and nothing appeared. The cooling fan became very loud and kept running, with no further response.
You should be able to add a different wifi using the Meta Horizon+ app on your phone. Headset Settings->Wi-Fi-> Add Wi-Fi Network.
