wifi keeps disconnecting

We've gotten a new router recently, and the Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting, saying it's unable to connect to Wi-Fi. It takes a couple of minutes, but it reconnects after a while, then disconnects again.

i've tried turning off IPv6. Restarting the headset, restarting the router, banging my head against the wall
please someone help

    Thank you for bringing your issue to our attention. We understand your WIFI is disconnecting frequently from your headset. We know how important a steady connection is while staying in the Metaverse. Please take a look at some of the handy troubleshooting steps you can take to help with this issue below. 

     

    1. Reboot the headset.
    2. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication (such as headset covers, etc.)
    3. Connect to the problematic network and have the customer submit a bug report.
    4. Try connecting to a different network.
    5. If you were not able to successfully submit a bug report in the previous step, do so now.
