Windows 11 Air Link connection problem

AirLink was working fine until yesterday, but suddenly stopped working.

I reset Quest 3 to factory settings and reinstalled Windows 11.

Wired AirLink works fine. But Wi-Fi AirLink doesn't.

Virtual Desktop and Steam Link work fine, but AirLink is the only one not working. When I try to connect to AirLink on Quest 3, it crashes to the home screen and won't connect.

# Symptoms

1. Activate AirLink in the PC Meta Horizon app, activate VR AirLink

2. Three dots appear, entering the AirLink loading screen

3. VR immediately returns to the Quest 3 lobby

3-1. A "Headset not found" notification pops up in the bottom right corner of the PC

3-2. VR connection is briefly disconnected and then reconnected in the PC Meta Horizon app

3-3. Occasionally, a message appears saying, "Your session has expired. Please check your headset's network connection and try again."

Disable HAGS in Windows advanced graphics settings on your computer.

If your computer has an integrated video card as well as a second high-performance gaming graphics card, disable the lower-spec integrated video card.

    Reboot your PC and headset.

If that doesn't fix it, unpair your PC by toggling Link to "off" in the link settings on your headset. Toggle it back on and follow the instructions to pair your PC again.

  • Bonjour,j’ai exactement le même problème avec air-link et je n’ai pas de carte vidéo intégrée alors je recherche une solution.

Meta's link server is down at the moment, so no one can connect. Try disconnecting PC from internet, start Link, then reconnect PC to internet.
