Windows Mixed Reality Portal doesn't detect that my Quest 3s is plugged in. It's quite frustrating. It's plugged in with a Reborn VR link cable. I have restarted Windows 10 and used a regular USB 3 cable and still haven't gotten it yet. It has not worked even once. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
It's not supported. WMR is being discontinued, anyway. As an alternative PCVR portal, have you tried Viveport? You can connect to it with QuestLink or AirLink. Tip: if you do decide to use VivePort, if it asks you if you want to use Vive as your default OpenXR, just say no. You want to be using the Meta Quest Link as your default OpenXR runtime.
There's also SteamVR, but I assume you probably know all about that portal already.
