Won't allow me to finish setting up my meta 3

After doing a factory reset as told by chat help things went downhill.  In the instructions it says to go to: (work.meta.device) where i enter the code it gave me  on the screen.with the problem being  it will not accept my email address to allow me to finish the setup.  I chatted with the online help thinking the problem was solved but it hasn't. Now I'm having a hard time getting any more help from chat on what to do next.  I followed the step only wanting to reset my system again not helping me at all. Now in all this confusion I ended up with a new Admin account that solved nothing at all.  The tech said she would delete it but has not been  thinking I need to delete it as well before starting down this hill all over.
