Won't connect

Hello I have an oculus 2 64gb. Ive tried connecting it to my meta horizon app with the 5 dight code. Ive tried doing a factory reset, clearing my Bluetooth catche, uninstalling my app and restarting my phone. A side not when I factory reset it I saw something that said "locked". Please help

    We saw your post about getting stuck on the pairing process and thought we'd offer some assistance. Thanks for letting us know what troubleshooting that you've completed. This really helps!

     

    Are you able to confirm what happens when you are being asked to enter the pairing code? You mentioned that you are getting a "locked" message. Are you unable to login to the Horizon app on your phone?

      I now have bought a second oculus 2 and it is doing the same thing. Ive tried it on 3 different phones too. Let me explain again what they are doing.

      After a factory reset I turn on the headset it's boots up just fine.

      The headset displays the pair your headset with the app window is the only thing available on the headset.

      I use my app to try and pair either headset. 

      I choose oculus 2 device and the app asks for the devices 5 digit code. 

      After that it loads and then says no device found and asks if I want to try again or exit paring.

      Important mentions the phone is connected to the wifi and Bluetooth is turned on.
