That 3D hover/parallax is part of the system UI (Quest launcher/compositor). It’s automatically applied to your app icon if it meets Meta’s asset specs.
What you can do:
- Provide a high-quality icon with depth cues (foreground/background separation, shadows)
- Follow Meta’s icon guidelines (safe area, layers, contrast)
