App Review stuck 13+ days — pages_messaging with ZERO response from Meta. Anyone solved this?

Hi everyone, 

Our app "Agentic Incard Biz" (App ID: 1235156738457434]) has been stuck

"In Review" for 13+ days since May 6, 2026 — no updates, no feedback,

no rejection. Just silence.

Meta's own dashboard says 10 days max. We're past that.

✅ pages_manage_metadata + pages_messaging (new)

✅ Detailed permission usage descriptions

✅ Full screencast video (OAuth + Messenger bot reply flow)

✅ Working test credentials

✅ Business Verification completed

━━━ MY QUESTIONS ━━━

1. Has anyone been in this exact situation with pages_messaging?

2. Did it eventually auto-approve/reject, or did you find a way to escalate?

3. Is there any working contact path I'm missing?

This is a live platform with real paying customers affected daily.
