Hey, thanks for your post! The recommendations under Manually Fixable Items in your second screenshot are intentional reminders and you only need to action them if you plan to use Platform SDK APIs in your project. 

Here's a little more info on what those warnings mean and how to resolve them, in case you're planning on using Platform SDK APIs:

1. Data Use Checkup (DUC) is a certification to make sure that your use of Meta APIs complies with platform policies. There should be a banner in your App Dashboard asking you to complete it. If you click "Start Checkup", you should see a certification form. Once you complete that, you should be able to manually certify your app in the Dashboard. 
2. To set the app ID and package name, you can follow the steps in our Get Started with Platform Solutions documentation here.
