To be fair, 10 days is not unusual anymore I think, especially for apps requesting Instagram publishing permissions.
For now I think:
- Double check the business documents exactly match the Business Manager info
- Verify the website domain is verified in Business Settings
- Make sure the business email domain matches the website domain
- Avoid re-submitting or changing details while “In Review”
You can also try opening a Direct Support case through Meta Business Support instead of the bug reporter, since I think that App Review/Business Verification teams should be separate from engineering support.
