Business Verification Stuck "In Review" for 2 Months - Messenger Webhook Blocked

Hello,

My business verification has been stuck "In Review"

since January 21, 2026 — nearly 2 months with no

approval, rejection, or any response.

Details:

- Business Manager: Mekitai

- BM ID: 1227273869350982

- Country: Vietnam

- Submitted: January 21, 2026

Impact:

- Cannot start Access Verification (deadline 5/11/2026)

- Messenger webhook not receiving messages from

users outside Meta

- No account violations or restrictions

I have already tried:

- Contacting Meta AI support chat (cannot escalate)

- Creating a new app to trigger system refresh (no effect)

Requesting urgent manual review escalation.
