Can I join MHCP through a company in a supported country?

Hi,

I live in Turkey, which isn't on the MHCP supported countries list. If I register a company (LLC or Ltd) in a supported country like the US or UK and apply through that company, would I be eligible for MHCP?

Or does the program require the individual creator to personally reside in a supported country, regardless of company structure?
