Can I make an uncomfortable game?

I know about the VRCs and guidelines of course, but I have been wondering about an experimental game where the idea is to make the player uncomfortable, would something like this be allowed on the store?

    By this I mean things like:

    - Purposefully overwriting tracking
    - Visual artifacts
    - disorienting locomotion
    - annoying sounds
    - bright flashing lights
