Cannot set a Two-factor authentication

I cannot set a Two-factor authentication. In the account portal, when I click on "Two-factor authentication" I have to select my Account but the button is not clickable. Two-factor authentication | Accounts Center

It seems that popup is broken.

I'm using Microsoft Edge - Version 142.0.3595.53 (Official build) (64-bit)
