I bought new meta quest 3s and i did not get the batman game. I need help from live agent on this issue. Can anyone please guide me how to reach a live agent because i tried everything on my meta account it says no device found and login, logout and keep opening new tabs in browser. Please help me. Thanks

In your headset, in the Store app, click on your user profile in the top right. Now, down the left hand side menu, look under Promotions. If the promotion is not there (or the menu entry is missing), then contact MetaStoreHelp .
