1: The Meta Horizon store is open to all developers. just start building your app, and publish it on the horizon store for quest when it's ready. If you are looking for funding for this project, a developer community post is not the correct place to ask. Please consider applying for the Meta Horizon Start program, or looking for a publisher to publish your app.


2: The Rayban Glasses and other future glasses in the same context are not covered by the Meta Quest SDKs, and use the Meta Wearables Device Access Toolkit.
