Contractual obligation to unfair pricing outside of Meta Store

This is a complicated issue and I won't be surprised if this isn't correct place to discuss it but I don't know what would be the better place, so here we go:
Recently I wanted to discuss an issue of unfair regional pricing in Poland (about 25% higher price than the USD price or about 10% higher than the Euro price) for a certain VR game on Steam (which is also sold on on Meta store) and during those discussion they claimed that they were contractually forced by Meta to set said price, so I would like to ask if there is any chance for someone in Meta to comment on the matter and maybe have a discussion in which there could be found a reasonable resolution of the issue, not only for this single game but also for any other that might have suffered from the same contractual obligation and if not then I would like someone to at least point me in the right direction as to who and where should I be contacting regarding the matter.
